    Kip is charged with developing and executing research plans that optimize our clients’ resources and provide meaningful insights to help them make strategic business decisions. His role includes the creation of survey, focus group and depth interview instruments that ask the right questions and in the right way, ensuring that data collection is both reliable and valid, and providing actionable analysis and insights that addresses our clients’ business objectives. He has been affiliated with Strongpoint colleagues since 1994. Kip’s extensive background includes national, regional and local research for Borrell Associates, in which he is an owner; corporate director of research for Knight Ridder Newspapers and senior researcher for Michelin Tire Company, and director of research for the Wilmington (DE) News Journal. He has been responsible for developing new market models in different industries accurate enough to be used as evidence in court, as well as key methodology for online interviews to replace dependency on telephone research.

    Kip attained his bachelor of science degree in managerial economics with an emphasis in psychology from Villanova University. He also has done graduate work at the University of Maryland and the University of Arizona
